Mediterranean Bungalow

For this 1930s L.A. Mediterranean bungalow, we set out to create an earthy, traditional-with-a-twist atmosphere that felt inviting, grounded, and true to the home’s original charm. To complement the crisp white walls, rich dark wood trim, and the beautiful original fireplace, we layered in an olive green velvet sofa paired with a cream-and-grey patterned rug for warmth and texture. Antique brass details—seen in the lighting, the glass-and-brass coffee table, and the timeless fire screen—add a subtle glow and a sense of lived-in elegance. The result is a clean, intentional space that honors the home’s history while feeling refreshed and welcoming.
