We’re in the process of reimagining the exterior of this ranch-style home with a fresh midcentury twist. The plan is to shift the exterior to a deep, modern gray and introduce playful pops of color through the accents—especially the new front door. We’re currently exploring vibrant yellows and bold midcentury-inspired greens to bring that iconic retro energy to the facade, and we plan to replace the current door with a midcentury modern glass-paneled design to let more natural light into the home. The garden will also undergo a full transformation, with a clean-up of the existing landscape and the addition of lively California native plants for texture, color, and a true sense of place. The result will be a balanced blend of modern simplicity and midcentury character.
